Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 10, 2026

Our Commitment

MPLOY Consulting Firm is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all people, including individuals with disabilities. We believe everyone deserves equal access to career-changing education, and we are continually improving the user experience for all visitors by applying relevant accessibility standards across our website, learning platform, and digital content.

Conformance Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Our website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, meaning some parts of the content may not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to achieve and maintain full conformance.

Measures We Take

MPLOY takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:

  • Include accessibility as a requirement in our website design, development, and content publishing processes
  • Provide text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images and graphics
  • Maintain sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds
  • Support keyboard-only navigation across core site functions, including registration forms
  • Use clear heading structures, descriptive link text, and consistent page layouts
  • Provide captions for pre-recorded video content and strive to provide live captions for virtual info sessions upon request
  • Design forms with visible labels, clear error messages, and logical tab order
  • Test our site with screen readers and automated accessibility tools on a recurring basis
  • Train our content and marketing teams on accessible content practices

Accessible Learning and Events

We are committed to making our training programs and info sessions accessible:

  • Virtual info sessions: Live captioning is available upon request. Recordings with captions are shared with registrants.
  • Course materials: We strive to provide course slides, documents, and code resources in accessible formats. If you need materials in an alternative format (large print, accessible PDF, etc.), contact us and we will work with you.
  • Reasonable accommodations: If you are a current or prospective student who needs an accommodation to participate in our programs, info sessions, or career services, please contact us at least 5 business days in advance so we can arrange appropriate support.

Compatibility

Our website is designed to be compatible with:

  • Recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • Common screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
  • Browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
  • Mobile devices and tablets in both portrait and landscape orientations

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:

  • Some older PDF documents may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We are remediating these and will provide accessible versions on request.
  • Some third-party content and embedded tools (e.g., video players, payment processors, social media embeds) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We work with vendors to improve accessibility but do not control their platforms.
  • Some user-generated or live-streamed content may lack captions at the time of broadcast.

If you encounter any of these limitations, please contact us and we will provide the information or service you need through an alternative method.

Feedback and Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of MPLOY’s website and services. If you experience any accessibility barriers, or if you need assistance, an accommodation, or content in an alternative format, please contact us:

MPLOY Consulting Firm — Accessibility Team

When contacting us, please include:

  • The web page or content where you experienced the issue
